Bankruptcy Fee Payments

Can the filing fee be paid in installments?

The filing fee can be paid in monthly installments, but you have to apply to the court for permission. Our program provides a section to fill out to request payment of filing fee's in installments.

The schedule of payments will be $75.00 at the time of filing, and $75.00 each month thereafter with the final payment of $49.00. For Chapter 13, $50.00 at the time of filing and $50.00 each month with a final payment of $39.00. Check your local bankruptcy court rules in case its payment schedule is different

Please Note: You cannot pay the court filing fee in installments if you are filing on behalf of a company.

Also you cannot pay your court filing fee in installments if you have previously paid for a consultation regarding your filing bankruptcy.

One of the benefits of using the 1Clickbankruptcy software is the ability to pay your filing fee's in installments without the worry of court denial.
